Comments not showing on posts

Hi

I’ve done a quick search to no luck for my specific problem, hopefully somebody can help me out.

Using the Oxygen theme my webstie (http://www.czefootball.com) isn’t/won’t display the comment box underneath posts, however it shows up on pages.

The relevant tick boxes are checked via the dashboard and I can add comments myself to posts (whilst editing posts), but viewers can’t see them.

I’ve tried Disqus (same issue) and played around enabling and disabling plugins to see if there’s a conflict and I can’t find one.

Any help would be appreciated.
