Comments Not Showing Up Under Posts

Hi,

It’s been a week since this problem started and I have disabled plugins that updated within that time frame, but nothing seems to resolve this issue.

Commentators have brought up the issues of submitting their comments, the page refreshing, but they don’t see their comments on the post itself. Once they tried to comment again, the previous comments would show up. What’s also puzzling is we can see the number of comments increase – just no solid comments. On my end, I can see the comments went through successfully (through dashboard). Some time later, it would magically show up once I click on the link again.

I have tried to switch to a new theme and the problem persists. Any help is appreciated.
