Hi Greg the ability to add comments and rating ads,
for example, the user seeing an ad, you can comment or give their assessment.

Hi, you can use the code visible here https://github.com/gwin/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/enable-comments/enable-comments.php (add it to your theme functions.php or create a new plugin and paste the code there). This will enable default comments.

If you additionally install some plugin which adds rating to comments then this should allow rating ads as well.

If you add the code to functions.php, remove this from the beginning:
