I need to be able to create notifications when comments are added to a Echo kB article. I have added the knowledge base – article post type but the comment setup only provides merge tags for the native WordPress post.

Hi, looks like you need our Conditionals extension where you can limit the trigger processing to when:

{post_type} is equal to echo-kb

Of course, the echo-kb part needs to be the actual post type slug.

With this, only comments submitted to KB article will be covered by that notification.

Hi,
I need to be able to create notifications when a new article (not a comment) are added to a Echo KB article. I already have the conditionals extension installed.
