I assume you’re commenting on WordPress.com blogs, where you don’t have to provide your name, email, and website because you’re already logged in?
If so, your WordPress.com account uses the “Web Address” saved at https://wordpress.com/me/account when commenting on WordPress.com sites.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn are two different entities: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com

I recently migrated my WP.com blog over to WP.org, self hosted through Siteground. My blog is up and running fine, but I’ve found that when I comment on other’s posts, they link back to my WP.com website (which I’ve now put on private). For example, someone just tagged me in a post but when I went to go comment, my profile is linked back to my
WP.com. Is there a way to make it so that my comments direct to my new website? Also is there a way to change my old comments to redirect to my new website?
