Comments only for specific posts or categories?

    Is there a way to allow comments just for particular posts? or only for specific categories?

    Currently I have comments turned off across the board, but would like to open up a couple of posts or a particular category to comments.

    In the Advanced Edit window you should see a Discussion setting, where you choose to have comments open or closed for that post.
