comments page input field problem

I just noticed that the “name” field on my comments page looks different compared to the “email” and “URI” fields. I’ve looked through the code, but I’m completely new to WP and all of this and I can’t find anything fishy that would be the reason for the difference. I didn’t even make any changes to this page, other than to modify the search button. Could it be a CSS issue?
Can one of you take a look and find out what’s going on?
