    Hi Guys,

The Comments Schema (that is available to be enabled in Settings) returns the “upvoteCount” and “downvoteCount”.

Can you please help with the following three questions:

    1. Where does this upvoteCount / downvoteCount data come from?
    2. Is there way to Enable this “voting” function on the actual WP comments?
    3. Is there a way to remove (delete) upvoteCount / downvoteCount from the Schema output code?

    Thanks so much.

    Hi,

We apologies for the delayed response.

Yes, this data comes from our schema plugin and we’ve identified an issue with the upvote/downvote count. A GitHub ticket has been raised regarding this and it will be addressed in an upcoming update. We kindly request your patience in the meantime.

    Here is the GitHub Ticket.
