I would have looked but you didn’t provide a URL so all I can tell you is it’s probably CSS and it’s probably something like text-transform set to uppercase!
You can find it yourself using the Inspector in Chrome.

Are you seeing that on the front end of the site or the admin side?
It’s happening on the front end. I’m able to comment perfectly on the admin side.
Wanted to follow up on this one to see if you have been able to resolve this.
The site does look to require registration in order to view it so we can’t provide much help beyond that.

Could someone assist with code and placement to correct this issue? When someone replies to a post their comments appear in all caps. I have seen a similar topic on Title Page in all caps but was unable to confidently correct it in Theme Editor/CSS. Thanks.
