Comments throwing 500 Internal Error

Hi,

I have been using W3 Total Cache for a little bit now and didn’t have any issues until recently. Every time someone is trying to leave a comment they do not get redirected to the post page but get a blank page 500 Internal Error although the comment goes through. I had to deactivate the plugin until I can find a solution to the issue. Do you know what the issue could be? Is there a way to reinitialize the settings since it used to not be a problem before?
