Native WordPress comments are attached to posts/pages. When you exported your content from WordPress.com, the file you downloaded should have included the comments. And importing the content into your new self-hosted (aka ww.wp.xz.cn) site should also have imported the comments.
How did you do your migration that the comments never came along?
Or were you using a 3rd-party commenting plugin on your WordPress.com site?

Looks like your comments transferred over, after all. I can see comments on several posts, including this one: https://traveldiaries.vacations/2020/10/11/important-tips-to-know-to-start-roadbiking/
What other “comments” is your question referring to?

I was not aware of this, I am more of a newbie trying to transfer my website… Just looking at your response I did check and realise that the comments are onboard in the posts… Checked a few posts and the comments do reflect… Thanks for sharing this input.

Hello, I have recently migrated from WordPressdotcom to WordPressdotorg and looking at help to transfer comments for my blogposts.
Unfortunately i do not have access to plugin’s anymore on my dotcom site..
wordpressdotcom site still is resting at https://traveldiariesdotvacations wordpress.com/
and
