3. I did a complete reinstall of my entire WordPress installation.
How did you do that step? Was it manually or did you use the built in updater? If it wasn’t manually please try overwriting your current files with a fresh download.
Make sure that you do not delete your .htaccess and wp-config.php files or your wp-content directory. Sorry for yelling but I just wanted to make sure you don’t make it worse. 😉
Eh, sorry. You’re right to yell at me. (Also, in my case it was an old plugin, and I know I should have checked that first of all. *headdesks* Sorry again.)
Which old plugin? I just started getting the same errors.

When anyone tries to leave a comment, they get:
1. I have inspected comment.php for white space. None.
2. I have replaced both comment.php and pluggable.php with fresh downloads from WordPress. This didn’t fix anything.
3. I did a complete reinstall of my entire WordPress installation. This didn’t fix it, either.
Any help?
