Are you sure you have comments enabled. Do they show if you disable the plugin your using?
Have you cleared the cache from supercache in the settings?

In your post, see how you have “Comentários estão fechados.” that means you have closed the comments. You have to have comments open.

I have a website with WordPress using the theme Virtue. I’m trying to use the Disqus plugin for comment. But the comments area does not appear. How do I bring up the comments area on this issue?
I’m using the plugins
– WP Super Cache
– Disqus
