    Hi,

    Is it possible, to do the following with OSM?
    – I would like to use it as a sighting tool, so to set up a comment to on a page to geotag there location of the sighting and display it?

    Hello bmassolini,

    data (eg geotag) can be added only in backend.

    Ok perfect thank you, is there any thread or blog with abit more on adding to the backend? Is it possible to reset the captured geotags on the map daily(automatically)?

    Hi bmassolini,

    if you are using geotag of posts / pages the map is updated automatically. If you write a new post the location is added to the post automatically:

    Thank you for the good and informative response, i have one more question. Is there a way to allow a user to post from the front end? If you post from a mobile phone can it automatically pick up your location?
