Thats the problem ….she wont respond to support request on her site or via email
Then I suggest you find another theme or this will be a recurring issue for you… problems that you have to solve yourself.

comments are no longer displaying on my blog after changing the theme ……All comment/discussion settings are correct and comments do show on single posts when I am in the wordpress customizer but as soon as i save…….they dont display on the live site
I have tried contacting the developer and she wont respond. I need comments and and the comment box to be on individual posts. I know this is not a plugin issue becuase I removed all plugins and added them back one by one to make sure. If I switch back to the old template comments display fine so its something in the child theme coding
