I am having problems with comments too. I am only able to post if logged in as Admin. Have tried multiple browsers/OS, but to no avail. Any ideas out there? Try if you can at http://www.otisandjames.com/blog
I can get the comments working in some themes, but I made my own and its a no no.
Same here. I just set up my blog on http://chrisfleisher.com/Dispatches/index.php a couple weeks ago. Somebody tried to post a comment and got an error page. Ideas?
Make sure wp-comments-post.php exists and is writeable.
If that’s good, try uploading a new copy.
I am not a computer person. I have no idea what is being talked. I need help because nobody can comment on my blog becaue it consistantly says ‘error 404’. Can somebody help me in total layman’s terms, or direct to who can help me?

I’m having a similar problem. When the comment link is clicked, nothing happens. It displays it as a link, but leads nowhere. As a result, I can’t even look at a comment form. I’m using the connectiongs theme, but it doesn’t work for any theme I’ve tried, including default.
