Thanks for the message.
Please could you ensure that you have “Refunded” status disabled in the plugin settings to not show on the affiliate dashboard?

If this is disabled, then it will not show and be included in the statistics.
If you are referring to the automated payouts feature in PRO, then the “unpaid commission” will be deducted from their account whenever an order is refunded.
thanks for your answer.
The refund is made after the order has already been completed, therefore the commission has already appeared to the affiliate in their panel.
If the order is returned to us, the commission should be subtracted, since we are not going to pay it and this is very confusing for the affiliate.
With the coupon affiliate plugin, is it not possible for the commission to be deducted if we do not have the PRO?
Hi,
No problem.
If you have the “Refunded” status disabled in the plugin settings to not show on the affiliate dashboard like this: https://i.gyazo.com/55ffd50fe394949396b66d6927431674.png
Then when the order is refunded, it should be removed from the affiliate dashboard statistics and deducted from their totals.
I have disabled the refund status and the following has happened:
-order completed: total sales β¬113.40 total commission 5.67
-I change it to refunded and the order no longer appears, but total sales β¬19.68 total commissions β¬0.98
From what I understand it has to do with VAT (tax)
How do I get it to return to 0?
Thanks again
I see. Thanks for the info, we’ll take a look into it.
If you click the “REFRESH ALL DATA” button in the debug settings tab does that resolve it? https://gyazo.com/e315bb502228f56e2f07033d58b10c53
