    Hi. The plugin is not working. In the beginning, when we installed and joined WooCommerce, everything worked. Then when they added (WP-Discourse) and (LMSACE Connect – WooCommerce Moodle™ LMS Integration), something is broken and the plugin does not charge commissions.
    In SliceWP Pro 117 Affiliates.
    What do you recommend?
    Maybe remove all plugins and reinstall SliceWP Pro.
    But what about 117 Affiliates?

    Thank you for reaching out! The first thing that I recommend you to do, is to follow our troubleshooting guide here: https://slicewp.com/docs/troubleshooting/

    I recommend you to do a couple of tests, one with the new plugins you’ve installed and one with this plugins inactive (only with WooCommerce).

    If it’s working with just WooCommerce, but isn’t working when you have the other two plugins active, then it’s most certainly a compatibility issue with these plugins.

    Please try the above and let me know how it goes in both the above scenarios.

    Hey @nandabihari,

    Thank you for sharing the error message you’ve encountered! It seems like the system is working as it should.

    By default, if you’re making a purchase using your own referral link, commissions will not get generated.

    To change this behavior, please enable the “Affiliate Own Commissions” option from SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > Commissions Settings (section).

    I did as you said.
    I bought a partner product.
    WooCommerce accepted the product and put it in the paid status.
    Nothing appeared in the Debug Log

    No commission is charged.
    I’m doing the same thing on your NO PRO plugin on another subdomain, and everything works.
    Maybe I can install the plugin on another subdomain?

    Please share with me a link to one of your products on https://portal.gourauniverse.com/

    I could not find a product to see how the checkout is set up.

    Also, please note that SliceWP needs to be installed on the same WordPress instance as WooCommerce. Installing it on another instance than where WooCommerce is located will not work.

    Finally, do you have a multi-site setup? If so, did you maybe activate SliceWP network wide?

I installed WooCommerce and SliceWP (no pro) and everything works there. The commissions are coming in.

    A student buys a course and immediately gets access to the training site.
    He may have changed the code. I don't know. He doesn't want to talk to me.
    It's easier for me to transfer SliceWP to a website

    Hey @nandabihari,

    If you believe that it’s easier to transfer SliceWP to another site, please go for it.

    Also, I’m afraid that I cannot guide you further, as I’m not familiar with Moodle. It’s the first time I’m hearing about this platform.

    If you’re not sure how move forward, I do recommend you to contact another developer or an agency to help with the entire setup.

    how to deactivate a key?
