Community Activity Error on Old Users

There is a “Critical Error” on the Community Page for logged in old accounts. Only the Community Activity has error and everything is good. When Log out; for log in admin and new users there is no error. I am using the latest version. The link provided is the image of the error. Please assist to fix it ASAP, because the website is live with thousand of users.

Thanks the issue is caused by the BuddyPress Follow plugin which is not available in the WP repository. Everything ok after deactivating it. I need the follow button, do you have a plugin recommendation to replace it?

Please make sure to download and install the BP Follow plugin from the following URL: https://github.com/r-a-y/buddypress-followers

Please note that you should not install it from the WordPress repository.

We have tested it on our side, and it is working fine.
