Compare table doesn’t show selected products

    Hi there,

    I’m using an Electro Child theme + YITH WooCommerce.

    It does not load the YITH scripts, but I receive the JSON of the table with the products I want to compare via AJAX request. The problem arises when printing it, because the YITH JS does not seem to load. I confirmed that there is no plugin interfering with the display of the table, even I swapped into Twenty twenty theme to check it as well.

    Moreover, both Electro and YITH buttons appear, and the YITH buttons do not work; they remain loading (I suppose that’s because their JS does not work) but i expect those buttons to work (or should i use the Electro ones?).

    On the other hand, ‘[Yith_compare_table]’ shortcode does not work. The comparison shortcode that works for me is ‘[Electro_compare_table]’ but it just shows me an empty table on the page where I assigned it in the Electro theme.

    When I go to see the comparison that YITH provides (click on the button of the bar fixed below the web), then shows me an empty modal YITH table (not totally empty, just a “remove” button for an empty product).

    thanks for contacting us!

    I recommend performing the following tests to see if the problem disappears at any point:

    • Update the plugin, WC, and WP to the latest version.
    • Switch to a default WP theme like 2025.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your other plugins one by one until you find the conflicting one.

    I’m not clear on whether you’ve done steps 2 and 3, as the problem seems to be due to a conflict with your theme or other plugins. I just tested it locally and everything works correctly, but I see the problem on your site.

    I updated all plugins/WP Version and deativated everything excepting WooCommerce and Yith as well.

    If i switch into a default WP theme like 2025, YITH doesn’t work anymore or, at least, I cannot see any working feature. I mean, “compare” buttons stop exist (DevTools buttons with “add-to-compare-link” class doesn’t show in homepage) and the page that I use (https://www.batardeau.shop/compare to see the table, considering the popup modal from YITH doesn’t show either).

    Hope to find an alternative, I really need this working soon 🙂

    Hello there,

    I just tested our plugin locally with the 2025 theme and it works perfectly. I also tested it with our Proteo theme and it works correctly:

    I recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, as that should fix it.

    I don’t currently see our plugin active, so I couldn’t check it on your site.
