I use this plugin together with the cache enabler plugin.

In Edge all images are loaded in .webp format. In Firefox allmost all images ar loaded in .webp format. In Chrome only half of the images is loaded in .webp format. In Chrome it is only after doing Ctrl F5 all pages display images in .webp format. I know Chrome has a stronge cache, but clearing the overall browser cache does do not anything. It is always the same phenomenon: half of the iamges is not in .webp. The .webp images should always load at once.

Have you tried it without cache enabler? It’s possible that that is getting in the way.

Yes, without Cache enabler the .webp version is loaded. Reactivating the Cache enabler results in the same: no .webp is loaded. This is only done after Ctrl F5.

Now, I noticed this is the same for Edge, Firefox and Chrome.

Are you using the WebP option in Cache Enabler? If so, you would want to disable that. If not and you are still seeing this, then that would be weird and I think we would have to look more closely at the specifics of your site. If that is the case, can you contact us directly and send us the System Info from the support tab: https://ewww.io/contact-us/

Now, I disabled webp support in the Cache Enabler plugin. It seems to be OK now. Thanks.

    Great! Glad that resolved it.
