    Or if it is possible to use shortcodes. If the answer is yes, can you send the link to the documentation for the shortcodes?

    Hi @paramiweb,

    We don’t have a way to edit or integrate by default the ticket pages directly with Elementor, but we have documentation for templating the Awesome Support pages and the ticket details page if you are interested:
