    TwentyFourteen, the default WP theme, correct?

    Yes, it is. Just make sure you’re on a regular page ( WP admin > Pages ), it won’t show up on the default homepage since that is not a WordPress page, content of it is generated by the theme’s code, not WordPress content output.
