Unchecking Use DevFormatter System in the admin fixes the issue of course..

Problem fixed,
I navigated to http://svn.wp-plugins.org/devformatter/branches/langs/ and found out I should write <code lang=”vbnet”> instead of <code lang=”vb.net”> I am removing errorsample link
