compatibility error with wpbakery

very recently I find myself in the following situation:

The plugin drag & drop WPBackery does not show the text editor if the plugin is installed, when deactivating the editor works perfectly.

As a less serious thing I have seen tb that the help from the Desk has disappeared and I can not ask for support from the same web
