Compatibility Issue

    Hi,

    I got an error in my GSC that 60 of my webstories overnight became incompatible somehow. When I tried to validate the fix to just see if it was a bug or weird error, it doesn’t seem to help. I pulled up one of the stories (the one linked above) and when I went to edit the story the checklist says “Priority” and that it is a compatibility error. After heading to the FAQ it brought me here. I haven’t added any new plugins but wondered if it was interacting with Yoast plugin (I know there were issues previously several months ago). Any thoughts or insights on how to fix this? All my AMP URLs with these errors seem not to load anything either now.

    Hi @lmangel thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear the issue you are having with your stories. When trying to view your story I can see the blank page. Please could you provide the information below:

    1. Your Site Health information privately via this form. Please also include your hosting provider in this form.
    2. What are the errors you are seeing in GSC and the checklist for your stories?
    3. Do you see any console errors when trying to edit any of your stories?

    Hi Adam,

    So I spent a long time digging into the issue yesterday. It looks like there were some odd java script errors from Nitropack. I reached out to them actually and they went in and fixed it on my end and submitted a ticket to fix the issue on their end in the future. If anything else changes, I will keep you posted but otherwise, you can close the thread!

    @lmangel Thanks for the update and glad to hear you’ve had the issue fixed. That’s great to know with regards to the Nitropack fix also. Good luck with your stories.
