compatibility issue with html email plugin

    I have only used plain text along with shortcodes in email templates. By default I am using html email plugin to beautify the all mails by site.

    It is showing tags in some shortcodes i.e
    <p>message shortcode content</p>

    url link contains some shortcode. how can i remove it? Also when user creates ticket or reply from visual field type, it still shows extra html tags in mail.

    Hi,

    Help Desk all email are html emails.
    You can check
    Admin > Help Desk > Email Templates

    If some tags are working and some tags are not working, please google it. It not look like Help Desk site limitation.
