Compatibility Issues

I have downloaded, installed and setup this plugin just to find out it has compatibiliy issues when uploading profile and cover pictures 😀

Can you please help?

I’ve been using this plugin with another page and similar plugins (exceptions see below) and it works just fine.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I’m getting an Error when trying to upload a picture to my profile (profile image and cover image). It trows me the error stated in my first post.

What is the actual error you see in console tab of inspector. I do not see the actual printed error in your first post. Thanks

Console shows nothing. I tried with GC and FF.

This error means a plugin/theme conflict, if you turn off plugins you won’t see the error anymore.

yes it does, but I can’t change the theme, at least not at this stage. UM was just an Idea I threw in because of my positive experience but it was not requested.

We cant do much unless hope that the theme authors will make UM compatible with their theme.
