Compatibility problem with BackWPup

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my plugin BackWPup. When Ocean Extra is activate, all BackWPup functionalities crash down… How to resolve that ? Do you have an idea ?
    BackWPup is important for my site but OceanExtra too… And I subscribed to the pro version of OceanWP. I don’t know what can I do…

    Hi,
    got a similar problem with Updraftplus respectively all cron jobs. I found out,
    the cron is not working when ocean extra is active.
    you can check your cron status by installing

    WP-Cron Status Checker

    This plugin shows in the dashboard, if something wrong with cron . In my case Unfortunately the error is HTTP 500,
    what can say all o nothing. I opened a ticket at oceanwp. The suggestion were to increase PHP memory limit to 512M or more. It’s not working for me, but maybe for you.

    Hello,

    We just released a new version with a patch that should fix the cron jobs issue.
    Could you please update Ocean Extra to 1.5.15 and let us know if the issue was resolved?
