Compatibility Regarding New Course Builder

    I have an add-on for Tutor LMS that previously displayed custom fields in the assignment modal of the course builder using the hook tutor_assignment_edit_modal_form_after. However, after the recent update, the fields no longer appear in the assignment modal. Can anyone provide a solution for this issue or share documentation related to the new course builder?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    The new course builder in Tutor LMS does not currently support custom fields. To continue using custom fields, I recommend rolling back to the previous version of Tutor LMS where this functionality was available.

    I can’t roll back to the previous version of Tutor LMS because I have multiple Tutor LMS add-ons that users rely on. I want to make them compatible with the new course builder. Is there any way to add fields to the new course builder?

    Hello @roshaan366,

    I understand your concern. Unfortunately, the new course builder in Tutor LMS does not currently support adding custom fields, and there isn’t any official way to extend it at this time.
