Compatibility with 4.1.1?

Hello.

I found this plug and it seems that it can do, what i’m looking for.
But my WP runs on Version 4.1.1 and this one was only tested (and designed?) up to 4.0.1.

Will this work anyway without harming my page or is an update underway?
