    Dear @zotezo,

Our popups do not support WP shortcodes at the moment.
Although, you may use the plugin via HTML or embed codes in our popups if it provides any.

    Hi,
We have multisite enabled and we have it on in my one my subsite but it is not showing in admin menu.

What is the issue? Is it not compatible with multisite?

    Dear @zotezo,

Could you, please, share a link to your website so we can see the issue live?

Our plugin is compatible with multisite, this can be a specific issue that we need to check.

    Dear @zotezo,

Sorry for our late response, we are in contact with you via our live chat support.

Our developers are still checking your issue, which is a rare one.
For now, can you please, let us know what plugin you are using for your AMP pages so we can check the issue with them?

We are sorry for taking this longer than expected, we are doing our best to understand and solve your issue asap.

Meanwhile, we recommend you adding the popups to your site pages via embed code option, like I said before, until we detect and solve the issue with the AMP pages.

Thank you for your time and cooperation and your input in the development of our plugin!

    Dear @zotezo,

We have informed you via our chat support as well, where we are in contact for a couple of days, that this issue is taking us longer to find and suggest a fix.
There’s a conflict with another plugin on your website, which is blocking our scripts.
And we need more time to investigate and find a solution for this case.

We will close this thread for now, and we recommend you switching to another tool if you need popups on your AMP pages as well now.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your time and cooperation!

My Primary requirement is to make it compatible with google AMP compatible and you have confirmed that previously-
`Yes, sure, our popups do work on AMP pages’
    Thanks

    Dear @zotezo,

Yes, we still confirm that our popups do work on AMP pages.
The problem in this case was related to the certain AMP plugin that you are using for your website.

As we already mentioned, our team will be investigating this case to solve the compatibility issue with that certain plugin.

As for now, we don’t have a solution for this, unfortunately.

Once again, thank you for your time and cooperation and sorry for the inconvenience.
