Compatibility with "MailChimp for WordPress"

Does this plugin work together with the “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp)? Or are any side effects to be expected by using both plugins together?

I need the Mailchimp integration for the Woocommerce checkout process, but would also like to use the other “MailChimp for WordPress” features for the normal wordpress pages and blog entries.
