I am having the same problem with iOS. My sidebar widgets do not appear on the mobile version, and they are somewhat integral to the experience.

Custom Sidebars is actually not changing any structure, it just replaces in a standard way. But if your theme makes something about sidebar without standard way maybe when you use Custom Sidebars they are getting broken. If there is no standard way we can’t fix it from Custom Sidebars side.
But if you can show me URLs that I can experience with Custom Sidebars and without Custom Sidebars, I can check for is there any quick fix way.

I can suggest same thing for you too, but could you please start a new thread? According to ww.wp.xz.cn forum guides you should open a new topic even if the issue looks same;
Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.
