    Hi,

I’m currently trying to use Eyes Only to hide/show content within tabs created using the the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin, and it’s causing all content within the eyes only shortcode to disappear. Below is the structure being used. I have tested it on other pages (without Shortcodes Ultimate shortcodes) and it works properly.

Are there known compatibility issues or a resolution for this?

    Thanks much!

    -Jonna

Do other shortcodes work inside those tab shortcodes? Besides Eyes Only?

Shortcodes Ultimate is the only other shortcode plugin we’re using, but we are able to next those within the tabs. For example, we have short code for expanding accordion sections within tabs and those work.

    Thanks!

I just installed shortcodes ultimate, and I copied your example above into a page on my test site. I changed “dealer1” to administrator and “dealer2” to editor.

It’s working just fine for me. I’m not able to duplicate your issue. I’d have to take a look at your back-end to be able to help any further.

The issue was caused by a basic code error, and we have confirmed that the plugin works as it should, and there is no conflict with Shortcodes Ultimate. Thanks Thom for your help!
