Which swatches plugin are you using on your site? Please specify. You can also provide us with your public site link or product link to check it from our end here.
If possible, you can consider using our WPC Variation Swatches plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpc-variation-swatches/ instead.

I was using your plugin but the images and gallery would always bug out with my theme
