Please tell me why we should update if you don’t know if this update is compatible with WP 3.7.1 ???
Rest assured, the update was tested with 3.7.1. It was also tested with the latest development version of 3.8. We’ve just forgotten to update the “Tested up to” value in the plugin’s readme file.
We’ll get this updated in the next release. Thanks for the report!

I do not believe that Jetpack 2.6 is not compatible with WordPress 3.7.1.
I cannot Update/Publish any pages. I press Update/Publish in the Page Edit screen, and absolutely nothing happens. No error messages. But not saving. So far, this is the only issue.
Can someone please advise how to downgrade back to Jetpack 2.5?
