Compatibility with WP Client circles

We are trying to use this plugin to automatically import users from a CSV. We have an additional CSV column titled client_circles required for the WP Client plugin.

We can import users without issue, but WP Client does not seem to recognize the client_circles column when imported using the Import and export users and customers plugin.

I know this is not a specific issue with this plugin, but any help getting these two to work together would be very appreciated.

This is a premium plugin and we cannot check the code.

Could you show how client_circles is saved in metadata table into database?

It looks like the client_circles is stored as meta_key and our values are stored under meta_value.

Yes, this is the way every meta value is saved.

Please, give me more detais. Some example about the meta value.

I also found client_circles in the wp_options table.

option_name: acui_columns

option_value: a:5:{i:0;s:8:”username”;i:1;s:5:”email”;i:2;s:8:”biz_name”;i:3;s:12:”contact_name”;i:4;s:14:”client_circles”;}

We have Union and Non-Union as the meta_values.

The option you show me, it is created by this plugin.

I need to know how this plugin manage the metadata and what’s the meaning.

Thank you for your patience. Here are screenshots of what is stored in the database.

The plugin is storing the circles/groups in a table titled wp_wpc_client_groups

Surely the plugin has some functions in order to make it in the correct way, without managing directly the tables and the metadata.

If we had the plugin we would do the addon.
