Compatibility with WPFprms plugin ( Forget Password)

Hi

I am using WPForms ( user Registration) plugin for logging to the site. Forget Password link directs to https://www.alyalkw.com/lostpassword page with only ” email or user name ” field. entering either one and clicking in Validate Button will show a message and send email to Reset Password.

When clicking the Reset Password link, opens the page https://www.alyalkw.com/lostpassword again.

The problem: the page now should open with only Password Field but instead it opens with same fled to enter “email or username”

I deactivated all plugins and reactivated one by one and inedited that WP OPtimize plugin is the plugin causing this malfunction.

I tried all possible sittings and disabled the Minification function but the issue still persists.

Would you please advise any solution otherwise I have no option other than deleting the plugin
