I have been working to optimize the login flow after Email Verification. I now have a message on the login page saying “Spammers are not allowed to login.” The message appears no matter which browser or incognito window I use. It seems to be tied to my IP.

If I disable the User Verification plugin, the message goes away and I can login again. What should I do to resolve this? Is there a way to set the plugin so that I can test as much as I need (with disposable emails)?

Another site user in a completely different region showed me that they are also seeing the same message. The only way for me to turn it off was to disable the User Verification plugin.
