    Hello I have a problem. My international customers are all of a sudden able to cut off the Vat although they don’t owe a vat Id no. I don’t know if it has to do with the updated woocommerce plugin. Is “woocommerce booster” plugin able to help me to prevent the customers from doing this in requesting or “forcing” them first to validate their EU VAT ID numbers on WooCommerce checkout?
    Is this plugin compatible to woocomerce germanized (free version)? Thank you in advance and best regards.

    Hi,

    Could you make sure that “Validate” option is enabled in module settings? Also, could you try setting a different validation method?
