Compatible wih SMTP setup

    We use a separate mail server (of course) and the plugin SAR Friendly SMTP and FLuentForm Pro.

    It seems the SMPT plugin catches the mail trigger before OSticketConnect does and no mail goes to OSticket.

    Would there be a way to make this setup work?

    Hi Bastiaan.

    For now, only contact forms which send emails via the wp_mail function are supported.

    You can try to replace the hook in next line to trigger our functionality. The one major thing – you have to pass the same args into createTicket method as wp_mail passed.
