    Any reason this plugin wouldn’t work with BuddyPress?

    Seems like it would be good to help with BP security and since BuddyPress is dynamic content, I am not using any page caching.

    But I’m not sure if other parts of BuddyPress would cause issues for Blackhole?

    Should work fine. No issues reported. Blackhole works with just about any plugin, the only exception as you’ve noted is page caching, which prevents dynamic scripts like Blackhole from working properly. So other than that, you should be good.
