compatible with internet explorer / firefox (either Mac / Windows)

Hi,

The site (indialoogseminars.nl) doesn’t seem to work correctly with Internet Explorer (from 9 till 11) or any firefox browser running Mac OS x or Windows 7 / 8 (see test results: http://www.browserstack.com/screenshots/dad62681739e501cbdf51c2d55b0cb88aef28ee9). I have used a clean install of wordpress + dutch language package.

The header picture is n’t displayed correctly, the menu is just a couple of links underneath each other, the main text is not aligned correctly, etc. How can i fix this? I really like the look of the theme, but a lot of my viewers use internet explorer.
