Compatible with multiple widget areas?

I’ve noticed that I’m only able to add the “Better Anchor Links” widget to one widget area. After that, it disappears from the list of available widgets.

I use multiple widget areas that conditionally appear to customize the sidebar content by post category. Is there a way to get the Better Anchor Links widget to appear in multiple widget areas?
