    Can we suggest that you try selecting “Apply cart discount as -> Coupon” from our settings tab ?

    Here is an example screenshot: https://nimb.ws/GKCIc2 (go to WordPress back end -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings -> Cart) and save the changes.
