    Add a wpml-config.xml in the root of the plugin :
    <wpml-config>
    <admin-texts>
    <key name=”wpac_page_excerpt_text”/>
    <key name=”wpac_post_excerpt_text”/>
    </admin-texts>
    </wpml-config>

    Works for me, too, but manipulating the plugin directory is no proper solution. Any changes made manually will get lost when updating the plugin, so the clean approach would be to have the wpml-config.xml builtin.
    Any chance to have it included with the next release of the plugin?
