Hi @cucinottadesigner ,
Yes — the plugin is fully compatible with WPML.
In version 8.2.5, we fixed the issue you described.✅ What was changed
The llms.txt file now:
- Includes all WPML language versions in a single file
- Generates correct localized permalinks for every language (e.g.
/en/, /ro/)
- No longer depends on the currently active language
- Prevents language URLs from pointing to non-existing or fallback pages
This means:
/llms.txt contains valid links for all languages
/en/llms.txt and /ro/llms.txt are no longer required to exist as separate physical files
- All URLs inside the file resolve correctly regardless of which language is viewed
✅ Example result
The generated file will include entries like:
even when accessing the file from the default language.
Please update to version 8.2.5 and clear any site cache after updating.
If you still notice unexpected behavior, feel free to reply here and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for your feedback and for using the plugin!
Best regards,
LLMs Plugin Support Team
Thanks so much for your reply!
I’ll try it now and let you know if I have any problems.
But I have a question: is the Custom LLMS.txt Content section translatable? If so, how?
Hi,
I checked and despite the update, the plugin does NOT generate correctly localized permalinks for each language (e.g., /en/, /ro/). See example below:
It lists the page name [Contact], but the URL should be https://www.101proservices.com/ro/contacte/ (for /ro/). Instead, it lists the same URL 3 times: https://www.101proservices.com/contatti/.
See screenshots at the following links:

We also have your plugin active on another site https://i-vivaldi.com/llms.txt, but with Polilang, and there we find the correct file, both the URL and the tag. See screenshot:

I look forward to your reply. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work.
