Competiton Plugin

Hi – I’m looking for a basic competition plugin that people can preferably enter their name, phone number and email address to be entered into a competiton.

I currently have “Competition Manager” but it doesn’t seem to work properly and the support/message board doesn’t appear to be getting answered.

Any ideas? Cheers!
