Complete backup doesn't containt WP files

    Hello,

    I had set up complete backups to run weekly on my client’s site. When I just opened the zip file, I only see:

    bonniemcdermott-com-1420849339-complete-2015-02-15-03-02-55.sql
    database-bonniemcdermott-com-1420849339.sql

    No WP files. Is there a way to extract those? Our site is down and needs to be restored all my backups look like this.

    Please advise.
